With over nine years of experience working as a Registered Nurse, Ms Ginny shares why nurses are choosing to upgrade and upskill themselves now.

‘They’ve come to realise that with the pandemic, there is a need for critical thinking skills. Healthcare is also changing quite a fair bit; it is necessary to upgrade to a degree. The higher pay and opportunities have also led more people to choose Nursing,' Ms Ginny shares.
